Lower Level with our Black Cat Lounge

An eclectic and casual space at Affinity. you will find the black cat lounge and bar with a large gas log fireplace. The outside offers a large covered, climate-controlled deck with café lighting, a cigar lounge, and a cascading waterfall!

Riverside Terrace

Beautiful Outdoor Area with a Pavilion & Café Lighting

The Riverside Terrace is a covered open-air outdoor pavilion with café lighting, incredible landscaping with weeping cherry trees, redbuds, and layers of colors from our picking garden. The terrace overlooks our ceremony courtyard and offers amazing views as it is at the highest point on the property. Coming soon: The Terrace bar will be a rustic outside bar area and a great addition to our Terrace area.
Terrace can host 50 for a sit-down dinner or up to 200 for dance floor and casual gathering.

The Courtyard

Beautiful Outdoor Weddings

The Courtyard, in a mix of grass, rock, and mulch, offers amazing landscaping, is shaded with a tree canopy, and includes a large wooden arbor with matching bench seating.

Affinity is a photographer's dream with panoramic views. Walking around the ground, you will find a huge swing hanging from a 200-year-old oak, views of the James River, sunset views on the hill, open fields, and picking gardens, all surrounded by forest.

The Suites

Large Bridal Suite & Groom's Suite

Affinity offers a large bridal suite with plenty of counter space, a wet bar, full-length mirrors, and private restrooms. Also offered are a completely separate groom's room and cigar lounge.
